In this volume, the selected authors should contribute with topics related to development of scientific research and consultancy in People Management 4.0

 

The UNISV People Management collection comprises four volumes: People Management 4.0 (already published or in the process of being published); People Management 4.1; People Management 4.2 and People Management 4.3.

Starting from the theories already developed, we will present a continuity of what has been produced on People Management up to the present moment, proposing a basic academic material for courses or subjects that involve the theme, but also for any professional or entrepreneur who has realized that he needs to adapt to the current market evolution.

The 4.0 concept mentioned here goes beyond that proposed by the fourth industrial revolution, where the number four represents the characteristics that should guide the HR professional in the contemporary and future scenario:

1 - Emotional perception
2 – Search and application of technical knowledge
3 – Creativity
4 – Mastery of technological innovation and its tools.

 

These are the four pillars of support for the four volumes of this collection, which aims to prepare HR professionals, managers and entrepreneurs to better manage their human capital in times where Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly advanced and the speed of change in the work relationship is increasing.
